Noble Creatures was set loose in 2008, introducing a unique breed of Latin Alternative Pop and Soul-Funk grooves to the streets of Los Angeles. Their performances are passionate, raw, and electric with an unmistakable and intoxicating sound. Fueled by signature tracks like “Had Enough,” a rockin’ soul-groove track with a dance-inducing backbeat, and “Canta,” a bilingual summer anthem boasting the LA nightlife, Noble Creatures is an experience that leaves an impression with the senses.
The band hit the air waves with their debut full-length album release in September 2014 with promotional interviews on programs such as Wild Jones, LA Talk Radio, Rated G Radio, and Afroxander.com. Music Connection Magazine listed them as one of the Hot 100 Unsigned Bands of 2013, they’ve been featured on Business Rockstars Radio and they have secured a feature with Subsuelo at one of their global bass monthly events held at East Side Luv in the Boyle Heights area of L.A. This event series features the hottest up and coming world, Latin, funk and hip hop artists, most of whom have gotten notice from local radio stations and sponsors such as KCRW and Red Bull. Recently, the band produced a fan-made music video that involved roughly 60 people from 32 cities and 6 countries. Production is in full swing with a fall tour and several music videos in the works.
Noble Creatures are no strangers to the festival circuit, having performed at Pasadena’s Rock City Fest, Topanga Days, and the Santa Barbara World Festival among many others. The group is also heavily involved with charitable events such as the Rotary Club, Beads of Courage and the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. Together they have played countless shows entertaining crowds in and around the Los Angeles area.
Fans identify the sound of Noble Creatures to that of Ozomatli, Talking Heads, Jason Mraz, Maroon 5, and a rocked-out Jack Johnson. Their multi-cultural mix pulls in styles of the valleys of Colombia, the islands of the Caribbean, with urban American attitude, and the rich blues traditions of the central United States. With this mixture, Noble Creatures has created a sound distinctly their own. Determined, focused, hungry, and ambitious, Noble Creatures is gaining momentum and looking forward to what lies ahead.
